Thanks be to God for God's wonderful works!
We honor your holy name with hallelujahs!
Hear the praises of Abraham and Sarah's children!
Hear the hymns of the children of Jacob and Rachel,
of Jacob and Leah!
Hear our prayers for our babies, O God.
Hear our prayers for your children.
They live among haters, O God.
They live among the hated.
They are learning hatred.
They are exposed to it day after day
on social media and at school
and even in their homes.
Be present, we pray, in those who guide them lovingly
and teach them to be good humans ...
in their teachers and coaches,
in their bus drivers and caregivers,
in their pastors and leaders.
Raise them up to lead your people in paths of justice
and righteousness, 
so that your children everywhere might follow your law of Love.
