"Return, O faithless children; I will heal your faithlessness.” “Behold, we come to you, for you are the Lord our God." (Jeremiah 3:22) Let us confess our sin before God and seek God's mercy.

Holy Potter,
We have turned out badly.
We do not listen to you,
and we do not cooperate with your plans.
We insist on making
and remaking ourselves
according to our own vision,
but our vision is useless
without your guiding hand.
Forgive us, we pray.
Squash in us
all that refuses to yield
to your loving touch,
and by your grace,
refashion us
into vessels of love and mercy,
reflective of your artistry,
your compassion,
and your care.

Assurance of God's Grace

For our sake God remembered God's covenant, and relented according to the abundance of God's steadfast love. (Psalm 106:45) In the name of Jesus Christ, we are forgiven. Thanks be to God!

Since God has forgiven us in Christ, let us also forgive one another. The peace of Christ be with you.
Please extend the peace of Christ to all whom you encounter this day~
