All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Let us confess our sin before God and seek God's mercy: Prayer of Confession God of steadfastness and encouragement, you have given us the Scriptures so that through them we might learn endurance, find comfort, and grow in hope. Yet we confess that we do not always turn to your Word when weariness overtakes us. We rely on our own strength, our own wisdom, our own hurried solutions, and our hope falters. God of harmony, you call us to live in unity with one another, to glorify you with one voice. Yet we confess that we hold grudges, cling to resentment, and choose division over understanding. We confess the ways we have failed to welcome others as Christ has welcomed us with grace that makes room and mercy that runs ahead of judgment. God of hope, you promise joy and peace in believing, abundance and blessing for all peoples, but we confess how quickly we slip into fear-- fear that there will not be enough, fear of change, fear of one another. We forget that you are the God whose mercy extends to the nations, whose faithfulness endures from age to age. Forgive us, O Lord. Fill us again with your hope-- a hope that overflows. Make us instruments of your welcome, bearers of your joy, and companions in your peace, so that our lives may testify to the goodness of Jesus Christ, the One who receives us still. Assurance of God's Grace For God so loved the world that God gave God's only Son that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God did not send God's Son into the world to condemn the world but to save the world through him. (John 3:16-17) Hear the Good News: in the name of Jesus Christ, we are forgiven! Thanks be to God! Since God has forgiven us in Christ, let us also forgive one another. The peace of Christ be with you. Please extend the peace of Christ to all whom you encounter.

My father and I visited Harbor Chase Plano, and we were impressed by the welcoming environment. The staff were friendly and clearly passionate about resident care. He enjoyed seeing the well-maintained common areas and the comfortable, home-like layout. It seemed like a place where he could stay independent while being supported.
