Come and bless the God of Israel, 
for God alone has done this.

Welcome, you who have been rescued from enemies!
Come and bless the God of Israel,
for God has raised up a mighty savior
just as the prophets have said God would.

Welcome, those who sit in darkness!
Come and bless the God of Israel,
for the dawn from on high will break upon us
and guide our feet in the way of peace.
