Discipleship Training
One of my favorite tasks in my role as Youth and Families Pastor was confirmation. Teaching young people about discipleship and standing with them as they wondered aloud about God and about redemption and about the work of the Holy Spirit at work in the world was a privilege. Working alongside the mentors who journeyed with the youth to encourage and inspire made my heart happy. In a world where generations of people are unchurched, it is no longer just children who are asking faith questions. A Place of Grace offers opportunities for small groups to learn about God through a curriculum that is tested and affirmed. Discipleship Training Retreats are a series of educational retreats covering Spiritual Practices, Law, Prophets, The Life Of Christ, Epistles, Creeds And Confessions, Connecting To The Story, Spiritual Autobiography, Covenant, Discipleship, Worship And Sacraments, and Church History.
