Card Party Fundraisers
A Place of Grace works with five local agencies in-person and supports two additional agencies as we are able. One of the ways we do that is with Card Party Fundraisers, where one-of-a-kind greeting cards and other small gifts are sold. After sales tax is paid (A Place of Grace is not a 501c3), all proceeds are disbursed evenly to the following local agencies at the end of the calendar year: Churches on the Streets (St. Louis), Community Hope Center (Cottage Hills), Hoyleton Youth & Family Services (Hoyleton and Fairview Heights), OASIS Domestic Violence Shelter (Alton), Operation Blessing (Wood River), Riverbend Family Ministries (Wood River), and Uni-Pres Kindercottage (East St. Louis). Our goal is to send each agency $100. I dream of opportunities to share our inventory through in-home parties, church Mission Fairs, and business conference rooms.
